ePAY’s dedicated help desk is available 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays at (855) 226-7337. After hours support is available through our account management team. Contact information for our account team is provided during your enrollment.
For participants operating under the legacy Forte/Global processing platforms:
Please contact our team 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays at (866) 831-5240. During after hours, you may also submit an online general support request form.
