The mission of the Treasurer’s Advisory Council (TAC) is to facilitate communication between the Treasurer’s Office and diverse communities throughout the State of Illinois. The Councils help identify, celebrate, and embrace the accomplishments of our diverse majority-minority community through increased education and communication. They also seek to collect, analyze, and interpret information on ethnic and cultural issues and disseminate reports when deemed appropriate, to the State Treasurer’s Office and other interested groups and individuals.
