TO UPDATE AN ACCOUNT

Changes to signers, traders, or principal authority:

We are pleased to announce The Illinois Funds now offers digital enrollment and change of information forms through DocuSign. This secure web-based service removes the cost and processing delays caused by mailing physical forms. Going forward, authorized signers can make the following changes to existing Illinois Funds accounts using DocuSign:

  • Principal authority changes
  • Authorized signer changes
  • Authorized trader changes
  • Automatic Investment Plan and Systematic Withdrawal Plan changes

Starting November 1, 2021, an Authorized Signer can start a change application by calling 1-800-947-8479 to verify their identity and start an online application.  An e-mail will be sent to every authorized signer and authorized trader listed on the application so they can verify their identity and provide a digital signature.

Bank changes will still be processed via physical application mailed directly to US Bank Fund Services. The new bank change form can be found on here. Changes in your local bank still require a signature guarantee to be completed.
