Eligibility: Only Public Agencies (i.e., State agencies, counties, municipalities, and units of local government) are eligible to participate in the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer's Electronic Payment Services Program ("ePAY") pursuant to 15 ILCS 505/17.

Please Note: The ePAY enrollment process will require the signature of your Public Agency's Principal. The Principal must be an individual who is authorized by the Public Agency or by statutory authority to execute contractual agreements on behalf of the Public Agency.
